  2. Hmmm, awful rumours. I don’t want Yohio to return the year after + we already have the freak from Austria…

I am tired of all the same old faces returning and I don’t former winners to return in 2014. Especially not Helena…

  3. Hi guys!

According to the site “Esctips.com” the list of participants for Melodifestivalen 2014 will look like this:

Ace Wilder, Alcazar, Alvaro Estrella, Ammotrack, Anton Ewald, CajsaStina Åkerström, Dr Alban ft. Jessica Folcker, Eko, Elena Paparizou (with a song by Bobby Ljunggren, Henrik Wikström and Sharon Vaughn), Elisa Lindström, Ellen Benediktson, Ida Pihlgren, J.E.M (with a song by Thomas G:son and Peter Boström), Janet Leon (with a song by Jörgen Elofsson), Josef Johansson, Linda Bengtzing, Linus Svenning, Mahan Moin, Manda Nilsénius, Mange Makers, Martin Stenmarck (with a song by Peter Boström), Oscar Zia (with a song by Fredrik Kempe), Outtrigger, Panetoz, Pink Pistols, Sanna Nielsen (with a song by Fredrik Kempe), Shirley Clamp (with a song by Sharon Vaughn, Marcos Ubeda and Bobby Ljunggren), Sylvester Schleger, The Refreshments, Yohio (with a song by Andreas Johnson and Peter Kvint) and 2 other singers.

I’m very curious to know how many artists they have correct. But I guess we’ll just have to wait until tomorrow.

    • If this is verified, then all the rumours were true.It looks like a strong line-up.Could Anton Ewald do it this time?I dislike Yohio but with a song composed by Andreas Johnson,it could be interesting.Fingers crossed for Helena.I hope she’s in with a strong entry.Anyway.we’ll know half of them tomorrow.

      • “Fingers crossed for Helena”

Can this day get any better? After the Netherlands brought great news, we now receive word that Helena is going to represent Sweden next year!

Her going through Melodifestivalen is just a formality.

        • I wish i could share your optimism.I genuinely feel that it’s not a wise decision for a former winner to come back.Maybe, her goal is to promote her new album and not win MF necessarily.

          • Don’t ruin it for me today lol.

Now is no time to be bringing reason into the discussion, especially since I believe that is her goal as well, promotion.

          • This is definitely my esc day.

The Angel just started selling her album on her website.
11 tracks, 15 euros, worldwide shipping.

I am debating whether I should buy a copy or not lol.

            • Have you listened to the songs of the album? If you don’t really like it then you shouldn’t be buying it,imo.

            • Too late, I already purchased a copy lol.

I have already bought 3 songs from the album, as they have been released as singles already. Great stuff.

This album cannot, and will not be anything but awesome. It’s the Angel after all, she would not sell you bad stuff. If she was a devil, then I would be scared.
