The Artist:

The Istanbul based band “Yüksek Sadakat” will represent Turkey in Düsseldorf next May. The rock-band is quite popular in Turkey since 2005. Apparently TRT wants to repeat MaNgas success in Oslo by sending another rock act. The band consists of Kenan Vural, Serkan Özgenm, Kutlu Özmakinaci, Uğur Onatkut and Alpay Şalt.

  1. When this started I thought “this’ll be great”, as the music really got me listening…

    The vocals however don’t live up to the same standard – the song is good enough but I feel that with a different singer, it could have been brilliant.

    It’s a bit album track soft-rock for me, could have been Bon Jovi/Def Leppard levels with a more powerful voice on lead.

    Will still do well but for this type of act this year, the Dutch are better!

    “I say my friend life is beautiful”, guy have good voice.

  3. I like Turkey’s entries in general… Yüksek Sadakat lives up to my expectations :) Maybe will be in Top 10 but won’t actually win. I like it enough to vote, though!
