  1. Boo! What’s up guys?
Long time, no see😜Haven’t heard a single song.. This is a first. I hope you are all well. I am doing fine, just traveling !
    Guess where am I now?

    • I see he has been quite critical of other entries like Blanca and Agoney. But where does this arrogance stem from? Obviously he sees himself as a favourite.

      • The vague arrogance stems from the fact that one has to have some of experience to criticize a colleague in whatever one does. He will learn as time goes by. Winning the preselection ranking is very little. I am waiting to be wowed what he will do on stage; there will be dancing galore, that is for sure, because singing live is not his strong point.
Aritz Aren – “Train Wreck / Arcade”| Los elegidos: Benidorm Fest 2023 – YouTube

  2. Gebrasy’s 2023 attempt is a decent song, but I am not exctly thrilled atm. Waiting for a live rendition.
Still no sign of Monika Linkité’s song. I remember her first attempt in 2010; I still listen to that song.

  3. The Portuguese songs will be available on the digital platforms this Friday. Mimicat will most probably be the most watched song on YT by Saturday.
    1.º (+3) “A festa” – Edmundo Inácio – 92 544 visualizações
    2.º (-1) “Goodnight” – Bárbara Tinoco – 88 822 visualizações
    3.º (+3) “Ai Coração” – Mimicat – 86 528 visualizações
    4.º (-2) “Nasci Maria” – Cláudia Pascoal – 79 444 visualizações
    5.º (-2) “Povo” – Ivandro – 75 795 visualizações

  4. I was writing something about Benidorm Fest but it is pointless if they fail to see their points distribution is wrong (96 ma/ks/ for unanimous winner of the jury versus 80 ma/ks/ of the winner of televote and demoscopic). There’s a room of combinations of jury voting where there’s not even a chance of a tie LOL
If there are reasons for people to complain then they can’t pretend all the backlash has to do with radical bad fans.

  6. I have just listened to Mr. Hunts big (🤣) speech. What I can’t stand about UK conservatives is that they seem to be unable to form an argument without talking down other countries, mostly by using false figures and lies. Such an approach would be considered as very rude in Germany.

      • It’s pretty diverse so can’t complain there – my main fear is that Ikke will win TikTok and then the show. There’s nothing on the voting modus yet, is there? They may do a Superfinale to avoid that.

        • According to eurovision.de you can vote on TikTok once per day. In the preselection show there will be 50 % international jury and 50 % Public (televote, sms, online).

I think on TikTok it will be Mallorca (Ikke) against Metal (From Fall To Spring) against Deutschpop (Jona), whoever mobilizes the biggest fanbase…

  7. I can’t stop laughing. I’ve known Lord of the Lost for years. Seen them loads, love them. Many a drunken night with them lol. I’m so excited that they’ve entered. Chris the singer is a genius. And Patty got through too! I love her. Shame she’s up against LOTL, they’ve just stormed to no 1 in the album charts.
