Azerbaijan – Azerbaijan haven’t been bothering the top ten in the past two years so will this years internal selection of Samra turn the tides? Samra will be performing the song “Miracle” in the first semi final on May 10th. Will we see the country back in the Top 3?

Azerbaijan: Fans Asked to Help with Lyric Video

Azerbaijan – This year’s representative, Samra, is putting together a lyric video for her entry and has asked fans to help.The video will feature postcards sent to Samra by fans. To take part in the video, write your favourite line from ‘Miracle‘ on a postcard and send it to her by April 10th.

Azerbaijan: ‘Miracle’ is Released

Azerbaijan – The song that Səmra Rəhimli will sing in Stockhom has been released this morning. Entitled ‘Miracle‘, you can see the video online now. It was selected among more than 400 entries submitted.  

Azerbaijan: Rumours of Səmra Rəhimli

Azerbaijan – İnfe Azerbaijan, the official Eurovision fan club in the country, is saying that it looks like Səmra Rəhimli will represent they country in Stockholm. Səmra found fame on The Voice TV show just before Christmas and recently made it to the final. 

Azerbaijan: Internal Selection to be Used

Azerbaijan – ITV, the the Azerbaijani broadcaster has decided to choose a representative for Stockholm internally, as it did last year. If you are a musician with Azerbaijani citizenship you can now submit your song until the 10th of February. The chosen entry will be announced on the 14th of March 2016.
