What do you think of this entry? What are its chances in Rotterdam?

  1. The UK brings us early 90s throwaway pop with very cheap beat at the chorus. You can just imagine the choreo of smiley people with fluorescent clothes pretending to run on the spot and moving their heads from left to right. Seriously was he ever going to propose this to any contemporary artist for their album?

  2. 🇬🇧 UK:
This is just boring. There’s nothing inherently wrong with it, but it just sounds so generic and maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I don’t like him either. He looks so out of place in the video. I guess they were trying to make an upbeat pop song to differentiate themselves from last year, but this is just boring and annoying.

    🇲🇰 N. MACEDONIA:
Absolutely awful, unlistenable even. Vasil irritates me and this song irritates me as well. I thought that last year was pretty terrible, but I absolutely cannot stand this. Sounds like something from a Broadway musical that I would hate, easily one of the worst songs I’ve heard this season, couldn’t even finish it lmao.

  3. ”OMAGA you are so beautiful why don’t you come over and have it”.

Rest assured I am on my way Beni!

      • We shall see. I still have my doubts about Switzerland being a contender. I think it could get top five and probably top ten, but I can’t see it as a winner. I don’t understand the bookies’ response to Lithuania, I still think it is a major contender for the win. I sort of see an uptempo song winning this year, people want to be happy for once.

    • Probably due to the good reaction to her concert. I don’t know if the bookies know what they are doing anyway, they were all over Italy and now they are dropping it like a hot stone as if the song has changed. Just like they dropped Lithuania before. Only France stays high among all these comings and goings which I find extremely hopeful. As long as I don’t jinx her, lol.

      • That’s why I’m convinced France is a contender. The song was revealed early so the hype in the bubble has worn off, but the fact the bookies still have her so high is very telling imo.

  4. I think this is the most contemporary and of its time entry by the UK since 1998. That is certainly something. For me, it’s the type of music that I don’t care for and find irritating to listen to whenever I come across mainstream radio at the dentist or in shops.

The main problem is that it just seems to be like one big sound wall with not much depth and variation throughout the song. It is still probably the best UK entry for some years but still on the basic side.

  5. It is quite good, it is not boring, it has good moments imo..
Maybe I slightly prefer last years entry due to lyrics..
It won’t be in my top 10, but will be all right in my list, I wll give 8/10 probably..

  6. It’s another generic entry form the UK sadly, only this time it’s up tempo. I kind of like the trumpets part, but overall it’s pretty weak.
