  1. One song in Norwegian… I am rooting for that one even without having heard any of these songs. :) Good luck to these hopefuls.

  2. Raylee has indisputably the best song this semi for me, and would probably be my #2 or #3 of MGP so far, so I’m rooting for her. Even though I did like Out of Air, Stavangerkameratene is the Emil & Didrik of this year.

  3. I really like Maria Solheim – “Nordlyset“!

I also like direct qualifier Stavangerkameratene – “Barndomsgater”!

I hope they are good lives..

Raylee is a big NO for me.. Last year I loved her entry for fun..I loved that scandi trash…but this is “taking serious path” now and it almost looks ridiculous.. :/

  4. Ketil Stokkan – “My life is OK“: I don’t dislike it. It’s decent but filler material. And he has the grandpa dance moves.

  5. Daniel Owen: how does anyone without any voice or any vocal talent whatsoever win Xfactor?! Very painful to listen to. The song is a very lazy rnb number? more meant for dancers than anything, and it’s not even catchy or memorable! I’m disappointed, he was at least cute :/

  6. Raylee lipsynced through most of her performance. That;s a disgrace. Not even singing over prerecorded JUST lipsynced!

  7. Raylee – “Hero“: A disco schlager. Trying to ride Dua Lipa’s Future Nostalgia wave but it drowns. It’s harmless but if course it will Q and be a favorite.

  8. Okay so I wouldn’t mind seeing Raylee at ESC and she’s probably tied for first in MGP for me so far, but her styling is just too much to the point where it looks like a Halloween costume and that’s kinda cringe.

  9. Maria Solheim – “Nordlyset“: lovely song, and at least very different to Raylee’s! How sad the two awful guys competed against one another! This could really get far in second chance and a shock surprise “superfinalist” in the final I feel! I just didnt like the live/look: the whole fairy in nature is way too cringe for me, and the mushroom?! lol

    • it had more potential than this live though, when she talks/sings early on, it sends me flashback of Norway 93, one of their best entries ever! However, this one was actually made to look low key too, and not in your fave with new wave imageries :/

  10. Maria Solheim – “Nordlyset“: I prefer this one to Raylee without a doubt, It’s so sweet and low key of course it stands no chance against the boring schlalger.

  11. The Norwegian song is harmless but it’s nowhere near 2006 f.e in its genre. The staging is too much in your face as well. Raylee wins it
