  1. I’m SO happy FYROM won this! It was my fave in a very strong year of promo clips (BEL, AZE, LVA to name a few)
    Congrats!!!! Love it!

    • It was hard between Belgium and FYROM for me. But I did love Azerbaijan’s too! Yeah a strong year for them: ALL from internal selection (if we add Armenia or France in the mix).

  2. What the fuck? Seriously? Armenia was totally in the league of it’s own. Travesty, absolute travesty this one. And on the top, I didn’t even vote on this category, which is travesty too.

  3. I’m only interested in videos if there is an artistic reason to make one, and if the result is interesting from an artistic point of view. I can’t really find that dimension in this video which I don’t think contains much unique. Like the majority of videos it’s just a promotional clip.

    • Belgium was possibly the strongest one in that respect though I am personally not so fond of all that grey concrete and its dark mood – it just makes me sad…

    • I think categorizing it as only a promo clip is a bit harsh and just because it doesn’t look artistic, doesn’t mean that it isn’t. I love the raw staging in this video and its enriching story that really moves me. I also really like its simplicity and clarity on what it wants to convey, rather then having a lot of artistic meanings that does hardly make any sense. I know that art is very subjective and interpretive, but from time to time a relatively clear message is really welcoming for me at least.

  4. Like the first winner I have actually voted for lulz, Congratz FYR Macedonia! A really great video in both its story and elements!

  5. I am happy that MAK has finally won sth ESC-related, even if it is only a Frida. ;)
Personally I think that Armenia was miles above anyone else in the category. I really liked Belgium too. Italy would be better if it had been shot in an office or yoga club imo.

  6. Woo!

‘FYROM’s was my favorite from the bunch. The extremely fun, yet melancholic setting and the superb execution deserved recognition. It’s what pushed it beyond the other competitors

    1. FYROM
    2. Italy
    3. Armenia
    4. Azerbaijan
    5. Belgium

  7. I’m a bit surprised that FYR Macedonia won here. It is though a great video and I liked this one a lot too so congrats! :)
