Backing Singer Wanted for Eurovision

IrelandIreland – Songwriter Greg French has put a call out this week on social media looking for a male backing vocalist for Eurovision. Greg was the writer of last year’s Irish entry sung by Molly Sterling, and he has been working recently with this year’s entry Nicky Byrne. Greg is also the musical Director of RTE’s Late late Toy Show and was the mentor in 2012 to Andrew Mann, one of the Irish Eurosong entries.

He’s currently looking for a male singer/guitarist for Eurovision… so if you fancy it and can be in Dublin for an audition, hit Greg up on his Facebook page here.

  1. That’s..kinda sad honestly that they have to ask on social media for a backing singer/guitarist..

  2. They’d better find a good one, because Byrne’s live singing is below average.
