Switzerland: Platform Opens for Songs

SwitzerlandSwitzerland – The Swiss-German public broadcaster SRF yesterday opened their online platform where artists can submit videos of their potential entries for the Eurovision Song Contest 2016.  After 24 hours there are already 17 videos from those artists quick off the mark.

You can upload your entry until October 26th, 8:00 (CET). We’ll all be able to vote for our favourite soon after then. If we can bear to listen to them all.

You can view the entries so far here.

The entries already range from established singers such as Inna Siegrist to the more bizarre Steili Kressä singing about Swedish meatballs and dressed as stereotypical Swedish girls.

Last year saw large numbers of entries… can you guess how many will enter this year? Get your guesses in now in the comments below!
