  1. Congrats. I voted for Estonia but this is fine as well. I found this song very interesting already when I heard it for the first time, even though it isn’t really my kind of music. But at the same time, I’ve realised that this song doesn’t really work if you don’t see Loïc. It’s his character and presence that brings this song to life.

  2. Anyone but Sweden would have been a deserved winner imo. :)

  3. Voted for Belgium here so yeah ! :-)
Congrats Loic. A great composition indeed !
Cant wait to listen to what Loic has to offer in the future !

  4. For me, Belgium stood out in terms of its production rather than composition – which was rather straight-forward (not that anything is wrong with that). Estonia and Latvia were the two most thoughtfully constructed songs in my opinion.

Still, I’m happy Belgium scored a victory here. They are certainly the best of the rest.

  5. I don’t think i’d give this award to Belgium. It has the rythm and the groove but the best composition award is too much, imo.

  6. Of course Norway wins the award it didn’t deserve and then loses the one it did. At least Belgium is a worthy winner as well.

  7. I don’t agree. My heart is with Estonia <3

  8. Voted Latvia, but if Belgium wins every single Frida remaining, I’ll be genuinely thrilled (especially if they’re not even nominated, because that would be a real achievement!!).

    • why would they? they didnt even win “best male vocals” and they were nominated there!

      • I did say ‘if’!! Just expressing my happiness at Belgium winning anything whether I voted for them or not ☺ I definitely didn’t vote for Loïc in the Best Male Vocals…that went a more deserving way.

  9. Belgium’s weird, it’s a greatly composed song, but going with pure music style, I’m inclined to Estonia. GTY is chock full of beautifully arranged instruments, extremely deep.

  10. Congratulations, Belgium! :)

P.S. – Latvia would have been a deserving winner as well. I can see why Estonia and Norway were nominated.

  11. List for Allsang pa Skansen has been released.

Dinah Nah, and Danny Saucedo both confirmed to perform :D

Also Mans, Carola and Charlotte Perelli all going to be there too

  12. Great choice! Congratulations, Loic!

  13. Mans Zelmerlow in the Netherlands performing his song during the RTL Late night show:

  14. In other news,Vaidas is vacationing in Cyprus and Elina&Stig visit the Milan Expo in Italy.
