United Kingdom: Electro Velvet Are Not Over

Electro VelvetUnited Kingdom – When the BBC announced Electro Velvet as the UK representative for 2015 no one had heard of them before. Alex Larke and Bianca Nicholas were put together specifically to sing “Still in Love With You” but now Eurovision is over the duet are staying put

Alex has spoken with Entertainment website Digital Spy about how he and Bianca are already in the process of recording another song to follow up their Eurovision Song “Still in Love with You” which came 24th out of 27 songs with 5pts

Despite the underwhelming score, Electro Velvet are charting in countries such as the UK, Sweden, New Zealand, Austria, Finland and Norway. They are even charting as high as #12 in Belarus

  4. Good to hear. Their entry was fun and humorous and great.

    It was easily better than at least 7 songs from the top 10. At least.

  5. Despite all the UV gimmicks, dancing and jumping about on stage, the performance still came across as surprisingly flat and amateurish. I’m not sure why. Other performances of the night with less going on visually were somehow more engaging and dynamic. Curious.
