Jedward and Linda Martin Perform ‘Marry Me’ in Christmas Show!

jedward_lipstickFormer Participants – There was a surprise for Eurovision fans at yesterday’s launch of Jedward‘s Christmas pantomime… as they and former winner Linda Martin performed Krista Seigfrid‘s ‘Marry Me‘. The Irish twins, who represented Ireland in 2011 and 2012, are appearing in their 4th Christmas pantomime with Linda Martin at Dublin’s Olympia Theatre.

John and Edward Grimes play themselves in the show, and Linda Martin is Moron, the evil mother of Gaston. This year’s show is Beauty & The Beast, and as the Beast proposed to Belle the whole cast burst into a rendition of last year’s Finnish entry.

The pantomime’s producer, Stuart O’Connor was the mentor of Ireland’s Ryan Dolan last year, and two of the Beauty & The Beast cast members, Alan McGrath and Colm Farrell were the tattooed dancers for Ireland in 2013.

The most hyper act of 2012 meets the most hyper act of 2013. Its a natural fit.
