Luxembourg – The Luxembourgian broadcaster RTL has told esctoday.com that the Duchy will not send an entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2012 in Azerbaijan. Luxembourg was one of the founding members of the Eurovision Song Contest but has not participated since 1993. The Duchy won on 5 occasions (1961,1965, 1972,1973 and 1983).
