Düsseldorf – Today the running order of the semi-finals and the big final of the Eurovision Song Contest 2011, will be determined by (almost) random draw. Why almost? In each semi-final two countries, one from the first half of the show and one of the second half, are allowed to choose their position in the running order. The draw which countries will perform in which half of the semi-final was already held in January when allocating the countries to one of the semis. One of the Big 5 countries in the final will also have the right to decide its position.
