Estonia -The second Eesti Laul semifinal takes place tonight.  10 acts will be reduced to 5. The final will be held next Saturday, where the winner will be chosen using a 50/50 jury and televote split. Tonight’s semifinal begins at 20:35 (CET) and is live on ETV and the Internet.
