Eurovision 2012 – Another day’s rehearsals have taken place at the Crystal Hall and reports coming through from Baku say the Russian grannies put on a good first performance, and Ireland had a nice fountain. Israel, San Marino, Cyprus, Hungary, Denmark, Austria and Moldova have also rehearsed. Pasha for Moldova got a bit racy.

  Cyprus – Tonight the Cypriot national broadcaster CyBC will broadcast the song selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2012. Popular singer Ivi Adamou, who was selected internally to represent the Mediterranean island will perform three possible entries. The winner will be decided by a mixture of 50/50 jury and televoting.

Cyprus – Today escdaily reports that Ivi Adamous song will be selected on the 25th January via a national final. OGAE Cyprus has confirmed that the 3 possible songs to represent Cyprus will be recorded on December 6.
