Bulgaria – The Bulgarian national broadcaster BNT have just announced that Elitsa Todorova and Stoyan Yankulov will be the internally selected representatives of Bulgaria in Malmö. The pair last represented their country in 2007. Five songs will be presented to the committee by Elitsa and Stoyan, and the committee will choose three to go to the national final which will be held on 3rd March at 19.45 (CET). The initial 5 songs will be presented on the Nedelya x 3 show on the 17th of February at 11.40 (CET). In the final, the winning song will be chosen by a split jury / televote.
Here’s Elitsa and Stoyan back in 2007. They finished 5th in Helsinki that year, Bulgaria’s highest ever finish, and got married the year after.
