The German jury votes have been revealed on eurovision.de. The national  jury comprised of Anke Engelke, Tim Bendzko, presenter & singer Ben, MIA’s singer Miezekatz and Sabine Henrich. They gave their 12 points to Sweden’s Loreen. The results of the semifinal jury vote have also been released. See how it compared to the final German vote, once televotes were added. Here are the jury votes of the final:

12 Sweden
10 Estonia
8 Iceland
7 Denmark
6 Albania
5 Serbia
4 Bosnia
3 Spain
2 Italy
1 Ireland

Final combined votes were:

12    Sweden
10    Serbia
8    Turkey
7    Russia
6    Albania

This means that the following ranking was most probably the German televote:

12 Turkey
10 Russia
8 Serbia
7 Sweden

5 Italy
4 Albania
3 Denmark
2/1 ?

We saw many German fans complaining on the night of voting that they were unable to get through to vote, with the lines very busy. Complaints to the broadcaster resulted in an email being issue to complainants from auditors Price Cooper Waterhouse confirming that they had overseen the process and had seen it to be fair.

Semifinal 2 – German jury votes:

12    Sweden
10    Estonia
8    Slovenia
7    Serbia
6    Netherlands
5    Bosnia
4    Slovakia

Combined vote:

Croatia, Bulgaria and Turkey all received points thanks to the televoters.

I guess that you used google translator. It is Sabine Heinrich, not Sabine Henry. Heinrich is the German equivalen to Henry. :)

  2. Strange how the same countries always pop up in the televote, I wonder why that could be?

  3. once more Estonia, Iceland, Albania, Bosnia, Spain… the juries favorite seem obvious with just a comparison to Portugal and Germany (if we put aside Sweden which probably won juries while televote went for Russia)

  4. stommie says:

Jury gave 6 points to Joan, but the combined result was 8 points. Thank you neighbors. And good luck next week. :-)

Our televote goes to our neighbours too once the migrant communities have had their say. After all, we are the same as everyone else in Europe. We vote for what sounds familiar. :(

  5. Very nice jury votes for the Final ( except from Ireland ).But at least German jury awarded more points to Rona than Jedward ;)

  6. Beatle says:

Hey Anke! She was one of the juries :-)

  7. And Russia scoring higher than Sweden or Italy in German televoting ?!!!I
I could never see that coming…
Still glad Albania appealed to both the German jury and televoting…Proves that people really liked Alb 12 !!!

Why? Unlike the Russian song, ‘Euphoria’ is not the type of entry we would normally vote for in Eurovision. It became a hit later though so 7 points are still pretty much deserved.
I am certain it was a close competition between Russia and Serbia in the overall vote. :o

  8. CC says:

Cool! My Top3 were exactly the same (though in a different order).

The reason why Turkey got most points is cause there alot of Turkish people that live in Germany, Same in many other countries. I live in Sweden and just in my little neighborhood there lives 3 diffrent turkish families also the reason why Sweden gave Turkey points.
