TEKO – Here are the next results in this year’s Eurovision Knockout contest, Heat 9 through to Heat 12. In a battle of the older acts, has Englebert Humperdinck seen off the Russian grannies? Did the Jedward fans manage to hold off the Jedward haters? And which Heat only had 1% seperating the acts? Check out the results now!

Heat 9:

United Kingdom 57%

Slovakia 23%

Russia 20%

An easy victory for Englebert Humperdinck, but was the grannies coming third a shock in this heat?

Heat 10:

Ireland 52%

Bosnia-Herzegovina 32%

Belarus 16%

The anti-Jedward vote was out in force but didn’t do enough to knock them out in this round so Ireland make it through!

Heat 11:

Ukraine 37%

Malta 27%

Portugal 36%

Only 1% the difference and Ukraine just snatched it at the last minute!

Heat 12:

Switzerland 21%

Serbia 66%

San Marino 13%

A large vote in favour of one of the competition’s favourites saw Serbia safely through to the next round.

Heats 13 -15 results are to follow and then you’ll find out who were the three highest scoring losing acts that will be given a second chance in Heat 16!

I’m disappointed about Ukraine winning in heat 11, but I’m sure we will see Portugal get a second chance.
