Mandinga -Extremely catchy song..I love it to bits and she is not a bad singer as expected :D

  2. Shevek says:

Songs 9 and 19: boring. Miss Mary was a disppointment.

  3. togravus says:

T&L: I love rap but this song simply doesn’t work for me. It is not all bad though. 6/12

  4. Patrick P. says:

    Eurovision NF 11: T&L – Twilight

I don’t really feel anything for or against this one. The girl sure can sing though. 6/12 (maybe 7/12)

  5. Mer maid says:

T&L -cheesy title for a song ,and those contact lenses were horrible but I like this song!

  6. togravus says:

Iona (I can comment before they are finished …): wannabe tough girly stuff is among the silliest and dullest stuff in the world. 1/12

  7. Mer maid says:

Ioana Bianca Anuta -hmmm stylist needed here…the song is not bad but not good either!Mandinga will win :D

  8. Patrick P. says:

Eurovision NF 2012: Ioana Bianca Anuţa – Girl’s Don’t Cry

Vocals shaky and generally on the negative end of the spectrum. The song is okay but nothing special. 5/12

  9. togravus says:

Tasha: I love her song in studio version but those club tunes never work live, at least for me. Hope that she won’t win but her song will be in my play list for sure. 7/12

  10. Patrick P. says:

Romanian NF 13: Tasha – Say My Name

One of my favorites of the night. The performance is really amazing, and the song, while heard before, isn’t annoyingly generic. 7/12 or 8/12

  11. Mer maid says:

Tasha – She looks great on the stage, terrific hair and I really love her song!

  12. Shevek says:

Is Bianca ill? It sounds painful.

  13. togravus says:

Bianca obviously had technical problems which is a shame because she has a nice ballad. 5/12 :(

  14. Patrick P. says:

Romanian NF 14: Bianca Purcărea – Don’t Say Sorry

I wanna forgive Bianca because the way her voice is straining sounds like a really-bad cold or possibly even the flu, but I can only judge on what I see, and her voice isn’t doing it today. It kinda hurt to see the defeated posture she had in the end though. She tried so hard to sing through it. 4/12

If she was singing well, it would’ve likely been a 7/12.

  15. Mer maid says:

    Bianca- missed her performance

  16. togravus says:

Ana 2: She is a very fine singer but like the ballad she sang before, this one doesn’t do it for me either. 6/12

    1. Electric Fence (to Baku!)
    2. Raluca
    3. PRK
    4. Tasha
    5. Ana 1

All other songs were ok imo except Iona and Bianca (because of vocal and technical problems).

Anyway, I guess that Mandinga will grab the ticket to Baku.

  17. Patrick P. says:

Romanian NF 15: Ana Mardare – This Must be Love

She looks wonderful. Anyway, the song is pretty good. If I hadn’t gotten distracted, I bet it would’ve enthralled me more. 7/12

  18. Shevek says:

Electric Fence to Baku, please. I hope Bianca gets well soon.

    I’ll be back later.

  19. Mer maid says:

Loreen has just won Mwlodifestivalen..time to hear Serbian masterpiece!

  20. Alex says:

    Mandinga have 5543 votes…Catalin 1600…Shunta 1700…

  21. Max Raspail says:

    YAAAAAAAYYY – We’re goin’ up up up up up u-up… :) :) :)

(and just in time for Portugal…)

  22. Mer maid says:

are you fllowing Serbian NF?Have ı just heard Serbian esc song?

  23. Patrick P. says:

Ugh. I knew it was going to be Loreen. Doesn’t change the fact that it’s extremely overrated to the point of being sickening.

  24. togravus says:

I still think that Loreen is trying to sell a conventional beat from the 90s as sth innovative. Anyway, I am happy that they do not send Danny. Sweden goes to the middling bunch section of my list for now. @ Max, I am very happy for you, my friend. ;) :)

  25. Patrick P. says:

Electric Fence won jury vote in Romania.
