Bulgaria – Sofi Marinova will represent Bulgaria at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest with the song ‘Love Unlimited’ (Lyubov bez granitsi) after winning tonight’s Bulgarska Pesen Na Evrovizija. The song received over 3,000 votes more than the second place entry “Love Is Alive” in the televote, and she eventually won the final by over 4,000 votes. The 2nd place song was “Chance For A Better Life”. Sofi will perform her song in the 1st half of the second semi final on May 24th in the Crystall Hall in Baku.
The Bulgarska Pesen Na Evrovizija rules stated that in the event of a tie, the act with the most televotes wins, so Sofi Marinova won tonight’s national final. The final scores were as follows:

I’m really surprised desislava lost and even came third! Desislava is more known here in Serbia than Sofi Marinova! But I loved both and I love how Sofi Marinova sings GREAT live and her performance!
I’m juist afraid ppl won’t like her style of singing very much in ESC, it’s not usual it’s strange and different voice! She’s Bulgarian Gypsy so I’m glad Gipsy woman will comepet in ESC once! 
I’ll vote for her in the first semi 100%!

Now I saw Desislava’s performance from the final!! It was GREAT and much better than in semi, I think ppl will vote more for her than for Sofi In Baku! But we’ll see! I don’t like golden outfit, but in other color that would be GREAT and so good performance!
Sofi’s costume in the final was horrible! She looked like a mother of four who was about to attend a wedding:(Green top an black leggings were better I hope she gets a good stylist!

Not as good as 2011 for Bulgaria and Poli didn’t even get to the final then. Can’t see this going through with so many female soloists this year.
The votes were rigged. She had a total of approximately 4-5 thousand votes, which is quite low in my opinion, which are all bought from gypsies in Bulgaria for very small sums of money.
Very catchy. Bulgaria deserves its second qualification.
