I would like to see Konichiwa,Run or Malo srece winning!Although Verjamem is a good song,it is Molitva all over again..good Luck

  2. togravus says:

“Malo srece” to Baku! “Konichiwa” would be an ok choice too and I agree with Mer maid on “Verjamem”. Good luck!

  3. Nicky Peeters says:

    Hi!

For me it’s obvious. Frankly this even shouldn’t be a competition because the only one who should represent Slovenia is Eva Boto. She is the best singer and also has the best songs. On the other hand the songs of Eva & Nika Prusnik are childish, ridiculous and not good at all. So Eva Boto to Baku please. It doesn’t matter with which song of the three because they are all very good and strong.

    Good luck Slovenia!

  4. Max Raspail says:

    My wish scenario would be
Malo srece vs. A si sanjal me (two really good songs)
and then see Eva & Nika Prusnik with Malo srece win…

from the other songs, I only like Verjamem…

  5. infonews says:

Eva Boto – ‘A si sanjal me‘ – Good!

  6. Eduard Arshakyan :) says:

Azeris goes to garbage! hehehe… xD

Armenia the Best of the world!

  7. togravus says:

Good singer, pleasant song but it pales in comparison to ‘Molitva’, which it is very similar to. And the backings have to get rid of those white fluffy things growing out of their heads. 7/12. Good luck!

  8. ALEX_AZERBAIJAN says:

Firstly, Eduard thanx for the demonstration “Big” Armenian culture… (again)

Verjamem: Nice song, beautiful singer. But Maja was better from this. Good Luck, Slovenia! ;)

  9. Again I didn’t watch NFs, but I listened to some songs from both of them because I was doing smth else in the room… and when i heard “Verjamem” during NF i liked melody and singing, but the it reminded me too much of “Molitva”… I also heard Joan Franka from The Netherlands and I liked song, but when i saw outfit later on the video…hmmmm..still confused for both of them..I can’t rank them LOL…maybe tomorrow…

And it will be so interesting now….Eva Boto is not known in Ex Yugoslavia, but composer is Vladimir Graic…hmmm voting in Ex Yugoslavia becomes more and more interesting in the 2nd semi :P :D

I like this site butit needs wake up abit. Results are in and it isn’t updating quick enough really imo. A bit too slow for my liking.
That quibble aside, I love The Netherland’s entry though the feather head dress must go but the fire is a nice touch for Baku. So far it moves to number three on my list (It reminds me of Amy McDonald’s This Pretty Face). Also impressed with Slovenia (two good winners tonight imo) and so glad the cute but rather naff Konichiwa didn’t get the ticket (all those Jesus Christ lyrics were uncalled for) . Eva has a strong voice for 16 but I think she struggled slightly on the lower notes. However it enters at number eight on my list. Good luck to both entries.

  14. Shevek says:

Well, I was waiting for the right articles, but I must go now; this Sunday has brought us two agreeable songs, properly sung live. This is how I rank the 23 known songs atm:

    1. Albania (the known version)
    2. Iceland
    3. Italy
    4. Israel
    5. Finland
    6. Croatia
    7. Slovenia

    19. Malta
    20. Cyprus (studio version)
    11. Ukraine
    12. Ireland
    23. Austria

  15. Ok typical balkan ballad, without the oomph to make me love it, but it’s pleasant and nice

  16. Serbian jury will give her 12 points 100%!

But Nina Badric is also strong composer for them..and Romeo Grill (for Kaliopi), I don’t remember stronger composer’s line up for Ex Yugoslavia really! B&H is except this year though…

    Good night Marko! :)

  19. 2012 is shaping greatly I have to admit.
    I already LOVE : Albania , Italy , Slovenia & The Netherlands.
And I like VERY MUCH : Iceland , Israel and Austria ! Euphoria for Sweden and one from Kuula/Oblivion/Valedetektor for Estonia will keep the level very high.
I like as well : Denmark , Norway , Germany , Finland and Croatia !
    I just find OK : Belarus , Cyprus , Turkey & France.
NOT my cup of tea : Hungary and Latvia.
    I really don’t like Ukraine , Ireland , Switzerland & Malta and I only detest Georgia !!!

    10. Slovenia 7/12

Songs that I don’t like or are not my taste:

    16. Ukraine 4/12
    17. Switzerland 4/12
    18. Norway 4/12

    Bad songs:

    19. Ireland 2/12
    20. Malta 2/12

    Hateful monstrosities:

    21. Austria 1/12
    22. Cyprus (Studio Version) 1/12
    23. Georgia 1/12

Overall, 2012 is shaping up to be a great year. After a sputtering of weak and average at the beginning, the quality songs are starting to come out in full force. Nothing has been able to beat Albania though. Masterpieces sure are hard to come by (although I must admit that Iceland tried really hard to take that first position from them).
