These were good choices. My favourite songs were ‘Vizió’ (he should tone it down a notch or two, thouhg) and ‘Learning to let go’. The televoters chose well too, but Gabi’s vocals are a bit too shouty, imo. Compact Disco’s lead singer must improve his weak vocals. Good luck to the finalists.

    • Jázmin says:

The MTV admitted that there were serious sound problems during the whole show.
Some singers couldn’t hear themselves even the microphones sucked one after the other…
I really hope that they will solve the sound problems cause that was more than embarrassing.

  2. WOW my top 3 qualified! two thanks to juries (CD and Gabor) and one by televote (Gabi)! Only Caramel qualified with juries but I’m not really thrilled by it, the song’s ok-ish but he’s an awful performer.

    My rankings:

06 Compact Disco – Sound of our hearts 10/12
09 Gabi Tóth – Nem kell végszó 10/12
05 Gábor Heincz – Learning to let go 9/12
01 Attila Kökény & Tamara Bencsik – Állítsd meg ad idöt 9/12
03 Barna Pély, Eszter Pál & István Pál Szalonna – Hangok a szívekért 9/12
    07 Rudi Krisz – A fél veled egész 8/12
    02 András Kállay-Saunders – I love you 7/12
    10 Caramel – Vízió 5/12
    08 Niki Gallusz & Márton Vizy – Európa, egy a szívunk 4/12
    04 Annamari Dancs – Feel 3/12

overall a really good first semi, too bad Gabi’s song isnt better or that Compact Disco were vocally weak, preventing me from having one really huge song but the overall qualiy was there for sure!

  3. Rosie Dunne says:

Hungarian semi wasn’t so ineteresting to watch as MGP, Norwegians know how to make a show :) But juries here voted for all of my favourites, so that’s great. Also, Annamari Dancs performance was really ridiculous, though I liked her song when first heard it.

  4. Richard says:

Compact Disco sounds like a winner

  5. M-Fireball says:

I was disappointed “Europe” song stayed in smei! :(

My two favourits are in though, Gabi and Compact disco…next week Tolvai Renata must go through.. :)
