Macedonia – Kaliopi, who will represent her home country Macedonia at the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest has selected the song she will compete with in Baku. The entry is called “Black and White” and as reported earlier will be performed in Macedonia. The entry was chosen out of a number of submissions, most of which did not please Kaliopi according to our sources. In the end she chose a song by Romeo Grill, who wrote many of her hits. He is currently on his way from his home in Switzerland to Macedonia to record the song with Kaliopi. The song will be mastered in Germany.

Marko will be so excited
Hmmmm…yes I am, but I’m a bit afraid she won’t shine in English like she can shine performing in Macedonian, Serbian or Croatian language!
Black and White, eh? So Plumbo from Norway aren’t the only racists in the contest, hehe ^^ just kidding
Crno i belo is the title, the other news websites are just translating it. I’ve been told she’s sticking with Macedonian but let’s see what happens.
Yes “Crno i belo” means “Black and white” in Macedonian, Serbian and Croatian!
the country’s name is ‘FYROM’ not MACEDONIA
it is MACEDONIA, and greece’s name is R.A.R of Greece (Really Anoying Republic of Greece)
The song title is quite worn out i.m.h.o. but I checked some material of Kaliopi in YT and she is definately a great singer. We can expect good stuff from her. I’ll be thrilled with anything that remotely resembles (music-wise) last year’s “Ludost”. Best of luck to the F. Y. R. of Macedonia and to Kaliopi.
hopefully she can reach the level of Joelle Ursull’s song, even without the “Blues”…
