Comments
  1. Patrick P. says:

Altin Goci’s song was bland and below-average in all ways. One of the worst songs tonight.

  2. togravus says:

Song 12 tried to be different but it didn’t work out imo. Sounded like a redneck trying britpop … but then I couldn’t really listen because some people from the downstairs party came up … Perhaps it was a masterpiece …

  3. Marko says:

Please somebody tell me when Elton Deda comes to the stage, I wanna turn it on then…pleaseee! :D :D :D hahaha

  4. Slovak says:

ahh I missed almost all! stupid internet ;( what was best song?

  5. Patrick P. says:

I’m not Albanian, and I’m already tired of that internet commercial.

  6. well I guess I’m not Albanian, the two favorites tonight left me cold… I like the guitar in Elton’s song… but disliked everything else, it’s such a bland typical entry, I don’t get how anyone would love it… I don’t see anything in THIS one I havent heard in MANY others tonight and Elton’s vocals are not, by far, the best of the night either… very middle of the table

be careful Albania, by chosing your fave stars like last year, you ignore the actual music quality… Elton might be a star, but he surely does not have the best song of this FiK, at least imo

  7. togravus says:

Elton’s song could have been performed in Bergen or Lausanne, and even back then it wouldn’t have stood out. Now, one can either call it dated or timeless. LOL It is not bad but it definitely isn’t anything that juries or televoters would remember either.

  8. L says:

Elton Deda is good too! 8/10 This semi got much better towards the second half of the night.

  9. Patrick P. says:

Elton’s song was pleasant enough. It’s nothing to fawn over, but it’s far from bad. I can’t say I see myself ranking Elton’s song highly if it makes its way to Eurovision.

  10. 14 bored me all over and I really won’t remember it

here’s my full ranking for semi1:
    06 Rona Nishliu – Suus
08 Marjeta Billo – Vlen sa një jetë
10 Hercina Matmuja – Aty ku më le
02 Entela Zhula – Ndjehem bosh
    11 Orinda Huta – Dorëzohem
    05 Endri & Stefi Prifti – Iluzion
03 Bashkim Alibali – Këngën time merr vehtë
    -
07 Rudina Delia – Më kërko
    13 Elton Deda – Kristal
14 Evans Rama – Ti nuk mundesh
04 Samanta Karavello – Zgjomë një tjetër ëndërr
09 Claudio La Regina – Kur të pasha
12 Altin Goci – Kthehem prap
01 Gerta Mahmutaj – Pyete zemrën

  11. togravus says:

And another middling one to end the performances … Strong live vocals and nice melody though, and thus in 1st place in the male voices category on my list.

  12. I missed the last song… cookie crisis ^^
I guess there won’t be a recap, as the public has no say?

  13. eurovisionjack… are you here? Why so silent ^^ ?

  14. Patrick P. says:

Overall, FiK’s first semi-final reminded me of what I already knew. Albania shines in their ballads. Rona’s song was a great example of Albanian screaming, and the only up-tempo/mid-tempo that shined today was Marjeta Billo’s song.

  15. Marko says:

    @ eurovisiontimes

You asked: who’s on the video but you deleted that comment, so the previous comment of mine is for you!

  16. Marko says:

You deleted my comment now! :S Okay…no problem..

  17. Jázmin says:

Hercina Matmuja saved this semi for me…

  18. haha this interval act is like the interval act at this year’s eurovision ^^ no connection at all to the entiries…

  19. Patrick P. says:

    1. Rona Nishliu
    2. Marjeta Billo
    3. Herciana Matmuja
    4. Entela Zhula
    5. Evans Rama

  20. well I guess I found my first NF 2012 season masterpiece, look at her: http://www.tekstevideo.com/img_upz/artmain_full/345.jpg :p
