OGAE – The United Kingdom has secured its third consecutive victory at the OGAE Song Contest with powerhouse Adele. Her “Someone Like You” is the song of the year 2012. Adele’s album “21″ has sold over 13 million copies in only 8 months and has produced numerous hits including “Rolling in the deep”, “Set fire to the rain” and of course “Someone like you”. Her victory thus comes as no surprise. Italy continues its run of second places with San Remo act Modà. Spain comes third with Malù, while France completes the Top4 with Zaz and “Je veux”.
The OGAE Song Contest is an annual fan contest organized by the fan clubs of Eurovision fans in the participating countries. Any song from that year and the respective country may participate. The choice lies with the OGAE members.

why everyone always talks about Adele…this song reach number one in my country( 3 or 4 weeks ), but honestly i dont like her song…Maja Keuc, Anggun, Juliana Pasha are much better than her lol……

i love adele her music, voice and song lyrics are amazing. shes alot better than maja keuc, anggun and juliana pasha, i dont understand how someone can compare adele to them? adele is one of the greatest singers in this world
haha i know she’s very popular…but Europe has more talented singers and more greatest songs … why only UK’s song can enter across countries in the world?its completely unfair..maybe if malta or sweden song enters asian continent, it’ll be so strange..!

I’m usually not a fan of covers (there are exceptions), hers I don’t hate, but it just doesn’t interest me as much as The Cure’s.
I was listening to Aura’s new CD and as much as I love her and her songs the CD cover is one of the most hideous I’ve seen in a while

the USA entry is awesome, but the contest is unfair, how shall singers from Macedonia, Croatia or whatever stand against international stars like Adele? The Macedonian entry for example was much better than Adele’s song in my opinion…I really like Adele, but she won, not her song!
