FYR Macedonia – There has been a change in the line-up for the Macedonian national final. Due to unknown reasons the songwriters of the song “Neka e so pomin” , Ljupco Mirkovski, Ognen Nedelkovski and the performers “Dule i Koki” have withdrawn from the competition and have been replaced with the first of the non-qualifying entries. Thus Jovan Vasilevski will get another chance to represent his country with the self-penned song “Posledna pesna” to be performed by “Amir Ibrahimovski And Art Sound”

disappointing NL
Yeah, but it was to be expected. I think I won’T like the song as much in English…
Sorry for the recap, but I didn’t think that writing 8 seperate articles would be necessary.
i understand… it’s too bad but it’ll get even worse in the peek of eurovision season so i better get used to it
in english it’s gonna be even more irrelevant
ps : the level is quite high in lithuania!
I do not really care about Armenia (don’t like Emmy) or Azerbaijan (messy preselection) and I haven’t listened to the Lithuanian hopefuls yet. (Will do that tomorrow if I find the time …) Concerning Slovenia (probably my second least favourite ESC country after Belarus, I only love ’97 and like ’05 …) I will wait for the songs before giving an opinion. In Finland, I am rooting for Marko, Milena and Johanna (nothing else will do).
Judging on the 1:30 min snippets, Portugal has one of the best nf line-ups this year (if I ignore Eesti Laul, which is miles above anything else). I love 7 Saias, Nuno Norte (my favourite), Henrique Feist, Wanda Stuart and Inês Bernardo and like Tânia Tavares, Homens da Luta and Rui Andrade (if his song builds well in the remaining 1:30 min). Please, Portugal, don’t send anyone else, in particular not Carla Moreno, Filipa Ruas or that hideous Axel song! Seems as if Ricardo Sousa is the only FdC act I am indifferent about …
Slovenia, i love 95! 97 & 05 are great… but i hate everything else and especialy 2010
Wanda Stuart makes me crazy in portugal she could be up there with alf, noora & the estonians….
Slovenia ’95? I never knew that there was such a traditionally dramatic dimension to you. The song is in 3rd place on my Slovenia in ESC list …
dramatic? she sings it perfectly and the song’s nice, but it’s only 8th in my 95 list it’s just a very fine esc song, in comparison to all they sent after that…
The Dutch entry has just gone from interesting to ‘just another one of those songs in English’ hoping to sound more like the others. Booh!
I agree with what Togravus wrote about Armenia and Azerbaijan.
I have heard a few Lithuanian entries and I have not yet made my mind about this NF. Atm, I know I like ‘Days go by’ by Monika and ‘Atmerk akis’ by Gintare Korsakaite. I still have a long way to go.
it sounds like a lower quality estonia but there are decent efforts in lithuania
Carla Pires is out
