Lithuania – Finally some good news. A few weeks ago the probability that Lithuania would send a song to the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Düsseldorf was reported to be at 90%. Now national broadcaster LTV has officially confirmed Lithuania’s participation. Until January 3rd songs can be submitted to LTV. The entries which will qualify for the national final will be selected internally. At this point we do not have more information on the format or dates of the selection process. This year Lithuania had been represented by Inculto and “Eastern European Funk”, who failed to qualify for the final in Oslo.
